  • Why can't I see prices or log-in even though I made an account?

    • Natalie K is only directly sold to retailers. The log-in system is for the stores that carry our line to see prices and a general catalog of our merchandise. When you sign up for an account we check in the system to verify that you are an authorized Natalie K dealer. If you're not then you do not get activated. If you are a retailer of ours and believe your account was not activated out of error please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Where can I get a Natalie K ring?

    • You can use our store locator to find an authorized Natalie K dealer nearest you. If you can't find a store near you or if you're a Natalie K retailer and you did not see your store listed please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

  • Can I get a customized Natalie K ring?

    • Of course. Here at Natalie K we appreciate how personal bridal jewelry is, that's why our authorized dealers will work with you to make the custom designed ring of your dreams. We also have expertly designed semi mounts that leave room for a hand-picked Natalie K center stone.

  • Why is the center stone not included?

    • We have an extensive selection of semi mounts, rings without the center stone, so that you can pick out the center stone yourself which personalizes your engagement ring and makes it that much more special. In addition to our large selection of fine jewelry, we also have an inventory of loose diamonds which can be previewed in our diamond search which anyone can see.   • What quality are Natalie K diamonds?

    • The diamond jewelry in the Natalie K collection is SI quality, H color or better.

  • Are Natalie K diamonds conflict-free?

    • Natalie K knows that you care about where our diamonds are sourced. Natalie K diamonds are proudly procured ONLY through legitimate means and sources. Our dazzling sparklers are guaranteed to comply with the Patriot Act, the Kimberly Process, and many other United Nations resolutions. Natalie K diamonds are certified Conflict-Free. Each diamond from our inventory is not obtained through sources that use child labor, violence, environmental degradation, or human rights violations.
